Concept Design
During this phase we will get to know you and your hopes for the project. We will survey existing conditions, take furniture inventory, create space planning drawings, models or conceptual image boards as needed.
Schematic Design
During this phase we will further develop models and drawings defining a design direction. We will build finish schedules listing all finishing details. Additionally we can provide millwork design and specifications including furniture, window treatments, light fixtures, equipment, art and décor.
Design Documentation
During this phase clients will receive all design drawings, specifications and documents needed for construction and completion of the design.
Construction Administration
During this phase we provide consulting services to help coordinate and actualize the design intent. We connect clients with vendors, order, install and conduct all support needed to bring the project together. We stage and style to add that final finishing touch.
